Stuart Philpott is a seasoned aerospace engineer with extensive experience in build reliability engineering, currently serving as a Senior Build Reliability Engineer at Hermeus since March 2025, focusing on the development of the world's fastest airplane. Prior experience includes leading build reliability efforts for SpaceX's Starship as a Lead Build Reliability Engineer, where Stuart also contributed as a Build Reliability Engineer, enhancing the quality and manufacturing processes of welded stainless steel structures.
