Lene Kimø

Lene Kimø is currently the Chef in Teknik og Miljø at Herning Kommune, overseeing nature and green areas, environmental and climate initiatives, construction, soil and groundwater, as well as recycling and waste management. They lead a team of four department heads and are responsible for political servicing of the Teknik og Miljø Committee, communication, and workplace safety. Lene has held various roles over the years, including Environmental Employee at Egvad Kommune and AC Employee at Ringkjøbing Amt, and they have extensive educational qualifications, including a Master's degree in Learning Processes with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from Aalborg University.
