David Read has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David is currently serving as the National Director of Operations at Hero Facility Services since March 2020. Previously, they worked at CMS Mechanical as an Account Manager from September 2008 to March 2020, where their role involved customer relationship management, budget planning, and providing information on new offerings. Before that, they worked at Securitech International as a Regional Sales Representative, managing customer accounts, developing new markets, and overseeing warehouse operations from February 2007 to September 2008. David also worked at Builders First Source as an Install Sales & Service Manager from June 2005 to February 2007, where they managed installation projects, service department, and warehouse inventory. Prior to that, they worked at Seven Kings Holdings as a Chief Engineer, overseeing facility maintenance, construction management, and contract services from June 2000 to June 2005. David's early career includes a role as a Chief Engineer at VRS Realty, where they directed facility maintenance, supervised a maintenance team, and handled construction activities from 1990 to 1995.
David Read attended Warner Southern from 1994 to 1995, where they earned a BA in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Eastern Florida State College from 1988 to 1990, studying Engineering.
