Rick van Duursen

Rick van Duursen is currently the Country Lead Netherlands at HERO Software and previously served as a Senior Account Executive at Freshworks, where they focused on enhancing customer experiences in the Benelux region. With a Master’s degree in Management from Catolica University of Lisbon, Rick has diverse experience in education, having taught English to young learners, and in international trade through various internships. They are passionate about building strong relationships with clients and continually improving their skills, including language proficiency and athletic training. In their free time, Rick enjoys sports, reading, and watching shows on Netflix.
