Ben Lilley

Ben Lilley has held various roles throughout their career. Ben is the Founder of HERO, an independent agency that has received numerous accolades. Ben also serves as the Creative Chairman and owner of McCann Worldgroup, where they returned in 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Creative Leadership Chair for Asia Pacific at McCann Worldgroup and served as Chairman & CEO of McCann Australia. Ben has also been involved with organizations such as YPO, Investing in Private Businesses, and the Advertising Federation of Australia. Throughout their career, they have been involved in the creative field, working as a creative entrepreneur, CEO and Founder of SMART Integrated Innovation, and Senior Creative at George Patterson Y&R.

Ben Lilley attended Wesley College from 1980 to 1989 for their primary and secondary education. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Melbourne from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Psychology and Economics.
