With a career spanning over two decades, Susan has held leadership roles at notable agencies, including DDB and iris worldwide, and has been dedicated to nurturing female creative talent. Currently based in Brisbane, they lead the creative team at HERO, focusing on crafting powerful, emotion-driven stories that resonate with audiences. Susan also shares their expertise as a visiting lecturer at Auckland University of Technology.
