Sander Elias

Sander Elias has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Sander is currently working as a Senior Frontend Architect at Pandora Intelligence since June 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Principal Engineer at HeroDevs since January 2019. At HeroDevs, they focused on teaching client teams, delivering software, and mentoring teams while also pursuing their speaking career goals. Before HeroDevs, Sander was the owner of their own company, ESO, which they founded in 1986. At ESO, they delivered custom build computers and services to both personal and corporate customers, as well as developed custom made software, including web applications.
