Spencer Schaber

Spencer Schaber is a Customer Success Manager at HeroDevs, a role they began in 2025, following their earlier position at Smarsh. From 2016 to 2019, Spencer served as a Youth Pastor at Westside Church, where they built and managed volunteer teams while facilitating large group meetings and events. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Canby Foursquare Church from 2009 to 2016, planning and executing significant ministry trips. Additionally, Spencer worked as a Sales Representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance, earning the 2021 Lamplighter Award for their achievements. Outside of their professional roles, Spencer’s most cherished role is being a dad to their son, Ezra.
