Matthew Dailly

Matthew Dailly is a highly experienced senior leader in real estate investment and corporate finance with 20+ years’ experience across the financial industry. He is the CEO and Founder of Heroes Group Ltd.

Having graduated with BA in Economics from Edinburgh University, Matthew has focused on directing real estate investment and portfolio growth across Europe and Dubai, having previously founded the real estate investment firm Dubai Capital Partners (DCP). At DCP, Matthew remains Founder and CEO, and the firm currently holds over $300m in AUM, specializing in special situations and alternative capital raising for real estate investments.

With Heroes Group, Matthew Dailly is focused on revolutionizing the UK park home sector (both residential and holiday properties), aiming to become the nation’s premier bungalow provider. The senior management team hold deep experience across the core elements of the sector, including operations, planning, construction and sales. Matthew will be assisting with the overall strategy and management of Heroes Group, as well as providing equity funding for the business and being a major shareholder in the company.

Matthew's extensive real estate development experience also extends being a park home landlord and owning a 180-acre leisure resort development in Copenhagen, Denmark.
