Gavin Card has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gavin is currently working as a Consultant at Enzu Consulting Ltd since April 2021. In May 2023, they assumed the role of Heroic Ambassador & Coach at Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, a crowdfunded Public Benefit Corporation focused on personal development. Gavin also served as a Commissioned Officer, Fast-Jet Aviator, and Instructor in the RAF from October 2001 to October 2013. Gavin's professional journey began as a Software Engineering Consultant at PwC from June 1999 to September 2000.

Gavin Card completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Industrial Experience at The University of Manchester from 1997 to 2001. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the Society of Actuaries and studied P and FM.

Aside from their formal education, Gavin obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from GE. Gavin received certifications in Theory of Constraints Fundamentals from TOCICO in May 2023, and Organizational Thought Leadership from LinkedIn in April 2023. Gavin also obtained certifications as a Safety Occurrence Investigator from Baines-Simmons in July 2011, Lean Instructor & Facilitator from the Ministry of Defence in 2011, and Human Factors Instructor from Baines-Simmons in July 2010. Additionally, they obtained the APMP certification from the Association for Project Management in 2013 and CPIM from APICS (obtained year/month not specified).
