Joanne Pavin

JoAnne Pavin, CWP, is the Founder and Chief Wellness Facilitator at JP Integrated Wellness Consulting LLC, where wellness programs, stress management workshops, and retreats are developed for small to midsize companies. Pavin also offers individual and group health and human performance coaching. In addition to consulting, Pavin is active in various roles, including a member of Mic Drop Club, a USTA Midwest Tennis Ambassador, and a Heroic Performance Coach. Pavin founded The Meal quarterly magazine, which promotes mindful eating and holistic health. Other professional involvements include freelance contributions to Shaw Media, faculty at School of Human Kind, and ongoing membership in respected organizations such as Yoga Alliance. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Saint Mary's College and certifications in Ayurveda and massage therapy.
