Pavla Borg

Pavla Borg has a diverse work experience. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at the Central Bank of Malta where they held various roles including Liquidity Forecasting Officer, Risk Analyst, and Currency Analyst. In 2019, Pavla worked as a Health Coach and Breathwork instructor. Currently, they are employed at Heroic Public Benefit Corporation as a Certified Heroic Coach and Ambassador.

Pavla Borg's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in BSc. (Hons) Economics and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), which was obtained before 2009. Later, Pavla earned a Master's Degree in MSc. Finance, majoring in Quantitative Finance from the University of London in 2015. In 2019, Pavla attended the Richmond Foundation Malta to pursue a course in Mental Health First Aid. During the same year, Pavla also enrolled in the Wim Hof Method Academy and is currently working towards a degree as a Wim Hof Method Instructor Level 2, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In 2018-2019, Pavla studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Additionally, Pavla completed high school at Gymnazium Milevsko, earning a Maturita degree from 1988 to 1992.

In terms of certifications, Pavla obtained various additional certifications. These include being a Certified Heroic Coach from Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, a SOMA Breath Advanced Instructor from SOMA Breath, and a Certified Stress Management Advisor from The Health Sciences Academy, acquired in 2022. Prior to that, Pavla completed the Principles of Pathophysiology and Lifestyle Medicine for Your Nutrition Practice course from The Health Sciences Academy in 2021. Furthermore, in 2019, Pavla received certification as a Wim Hof Method Instructor Level 2 from the Wim Hof Method Academy and completed the Gut Health Course and Hormone Health Course from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Finally, in 2019, Pavla became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) after completing the corresponding program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
