Two Wings. One Purpose.
We Build for Good.

HeronEQ is a two-winged firm blending strategic consulting and long-term capital to help businesses grow with structure, soul, and sustained traction.

We were founded by the original team behind Alpaca Audiology, which scaled from a modest startup into the largest independent audiology clinic group in the U.S., acquired by Sonova Holding AG. We’ve built from the ground up - and now we partner with others to do the same.

HeronEQ Consulting
We embed with PE-backed platforms, multi-site operators, and founder-led businesses to drive clarity and alignment where it matters most.

What we focus on:
- Same Store Growth Systems (FulcrumEQ)
- Culture Activation (Who’s Coming to Coffee?™)
- EBITDA-Focused Execution
- Data-Driven KPIs & Budgeting Tools
- Growth Summits & Leadership Retreats

Whether we’re aligning teams, building better KPIs, or unlocking site-level traction, we turn meaningful insight into focused execution.

---

HeronEQ Capital
Our capital wing invests directly in companies from startup to $5M in EBITDA.

We specialize in:
- Multi-Site Ancillary Healthcare
- PE / VC-Backed Companies (in growth mode)
- Founder-Led Businesses (with purpose)
- The HERON System™

We bring more than capital. We bring operator empathy, creative systems, and a long view. Our model is built for businesses that want to grow without losing what makes them great.

---

With our people-first systems, we don’t chase short-term wins at the cost of long-term health. We operate with purpose, and we build to last.
Let’s build something together.
