Carmen Hamann

Carmen Hamann is the Head of Human Resources at HEROSE GmbH, a position held since 2021. They have accumulated extensive experience in the field, starting as a recruiting intern at Germanischer Lloyd AG and progressing through various roles, including HR positions at BSN medical, HOCHTIEF, and WEINMANN Emergency Medical Technology. Additionally, Carmen has served as a lecturer at the Graduate Academy of TU Dresden since 2018. They hold a Bachelor of Laws in Law, Human Resource Management, and Psychology from Ostfalia University and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management.
