Bisson André possesses extensive experience in human resources and occupational health and safety, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Directeur Ressources Humaines at Héroux-Devtek since June 2005, Bisson specializes in collective bargaining, recruitment processes, and the development of HR and occupational safety policies. Previous roles include Chef de service RH at Héroux-Devtek, Conseiller RH at Sonaca, and Supervisor of Security and Safety at Orica. Bisson also played a key role in establishing the health and safety department at Mine Louvicourt. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue and a DEC in Social Sciences from Cegep de Rouyn-Noranda.
