Camila Hiedra

Camila Hiedra is a skilled professional with experience in procurement, teaching, research, and management. Currently serving as a Buyer at Héroux-Devtek since June 2021, Camila is responsible for procuring manufactured parts and managing outside processing to support production and repair of landing gears. Previous roles include a Teaching Assistant for a Discrete-Event Simulation course at Concordia University and a Laboratory Research Student at Universidad Metropolitana, where Camila designed and executed research on using orange peels to decrease water hardness. In addition, Camila has experience in social media management and general management at Krispy Donuts, significantly growing the brand's online presence and overseeing store operations. Camila holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Concordia University and an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, complemented by a strong educational background in chemical engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and Colegio Mater Salvatoris.
