Francois Lambert Ing.

Francois Lambert Ing. MBA is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace sector. Currently serving as Team Lead at Héroux-Devtek since 2015, Francois coordinates teams and suppliers, leads a team of 10 engineers, delivers technical presentations, improves processes, and manages resource planning and team conflict. Prior to this role, Francois worked as a Stress Engineer at Héroux Devtek since 2011, specializing in stress analysis of landing gear components using traditional calculations and FEA. Francois began as a Structural Stress Analyst and FEM Specialist at Bombardier Aerospace from 2005 to 2011, focusing on stress analyses for aircraft mechanical systems. Earlier experience includes a role as a Thermal Analyst at MDA in 2003. Francois holds an MBA from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
