Hayden Beard

Hayden Beard, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Héroux-Devtek since October 2018, where responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, health and safety compliance, and training coordination. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist at Go To Work Ohio, where recruitment for multiple companies was a focus, and an Office Technology Intern at Blue Technologies, where demonstrations and marketing support were provided. Earlier in this career, Hayden also worked as a Line Cook at Twisted Olive, LLC. Hayden holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Science, with minors in Criminal Justice and Computer Forensics & Security, from Kent State University.
