Pascal Lavoie

Pascal Lavoie is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in technical services and manufacturing within the aerospace industry. Since January 2005, Pascal has held various leadership roles at Héroux-Devtek, including Director of Technical Services, overseeing New Product and Technology Introductions, and shop floor support, as well as Director of Production Planning, Stores, and Shipping/Receiving, and multiple Director positions focusing on Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement. Prior to joining Héroux-Devtek, Pascal worked as a Quality Controller at Bombardier Aerospace. Pascal holds a Master's degree in Management of Innovation and a Bachelor's degree in Automated Production Engineering from École de technologie supérieure.
