Swapnil Dhar

Swapnil Dhar is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in multiple countries. Currently serving as Purchasing Commodity Manager at Héroux-Devtek since October 2022, Swapnil is responsible for developing sourcing strategies for machined parts and contractual negotiations for landing gear components. Prior to this, Swapnil held key positions at Décathlon Canada, Décathlon China, and Décathlon Bangladesh, managing procurement and production processes and contributing significantly to turnover growth and supply chain optimization in the sportswear sector. Swapnil began with an engineering trainee position at Unilever and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
