Tony Speakman

Tony Speakman is a seasoned professional in supply chain management with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Strategic Procurement Director and UK Supply Chain Director at Héroux-Devtek since October 2022, Tony has previously held positions including Senior Commodity Lead at the same company, Supply Chain Manager at De La Rue, and Head of Supply Chain BPM at UTC Aerospace Systems. Notable accomplishments include improving supplier on-time-in-full performance from 55% to 98.8% at Goodrich Actuation Systems and managing significant organizational transitions during his tenure at Marconi PLC. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Information Technology, a diploma from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and has completed the Goodrich Operational Leadership Development Programme at the University of Warwick.
