Jon Cramer is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities and corporate finance, and fund formation. Currently, Jon serves as a Partner at Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP since June 2021 and as Counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP since May 2020. Prior to these roles, Jon was a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP from May 2009 to May 2020 and at Ropes & Gray LLP from 1999 to 2009, including four years with Reboul MacMurray. Jon also held positions as Associate/Partner at Andrews Kurth LLP from 1988 to 1999 and as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP from 1981 to 1988. Jon holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA from Tufts University.
