Michelle Sekowski is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial and general litigation. Currently serving as Counsel at Herrick, Feinstein LLP since October 2011, Michelle focuses on a wide array of legal matters in federal and state courts, including commercial real estate, contract disputes, product liability, consumer fraud, employment issues, and bankruptcy cases. Previously, Michelle held the position of Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Law School from August 2018 to December 2019, where responsibilities included educating law students on electronic discovery. Prior to this, Michelle worked as an Associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, gaining significant experience by defending a major investment bank in a high-stakes $13 billion case, and at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, concentrating on commercial and employment litigation. Michelle earned a Juris Doctor with honors from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in International Studies: Politics and Diplomacy from the University of Richmond.
