Chuck McVinney

Chuck McVinney is the Owner and President of McVinney & Co., based in Boston, Massachusetts, with over 14 years of leadership experience. As a master facilitator and HBDI certifying master facilitator, Chuck McVinney has contributed to Herrmann International for more than 30 years, providing HBDI certification sessions and conducting numerous workshops worldwide. Previously, Chuck McVinney held the position of Manager of Training and Development at Bolt Beranek and Newman (BBN) from July 1984 to August 1990. Education includes a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, Media and Learning from Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the State University of New York.
