Robin Elliott

Robin Elliott is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Director & Coach at ElliottHR since September 2018 and Head of HR - Pacific at Nilfisk since August 2021, Robin leads HR activities across the Pacific region while also providing consulting services focused on team performance and professional learning. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at HGL Limited, Managing Director of Human Resources for Burson-Marsteller APAC, and Managing Director at ElliottHR, where Robin delivered HR consultancy to prominent clients across the APAC region. Robin's educational background includes a Master of Management in HRM & Employment Law from The University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Business in HRM Econs & Finance from Curtin University, and further training in Finance for Directors from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
