Tom Sippola

Tom Sippola is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in communications and project management. Currently at Herrmann since November 2022, Tom's previous roles include a notable tenure at the Blandin Foundation from October 2011 to July 2022, where Tom contributed as an interim member of the Innovation and Design Team and as a Multi-Media Assistant. Tom's expertise includes environmental scanning, data collaboration, and creating tailored infographics, alongside developing training materials for community leadership programs. Additional experience includes producing a music show for KAXE - Northern Community Radio, serving as a communication specialist at Global Compliance, and various internships focused on communication and media. Tom holds a master's degree in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in Communication with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Dakota.
