Jordyn Wrape has always been interested in technology and how it can be used to help people. After Jordyn graduated from college, they began their career as a customer experience specialist at ECI Software Solutions. While at ECI, Jordyn took the highest call volume of the CES team and provided exceptional customer service. They also conducted situational analysis, information gathering, and troubleshooting steps. In 2020, Jordyn moved to Aldridge as an IT technician. At Aldridge, Jordyn was responsible for providing end-to-end case management for every customer interaction and followed up to ensure complete solutions were met. They also made recommendations to management on suggested internal process or procedure modification to excel in providing an excellent customer experience. In June 2021, Jordyn moved to their current position as a systems technician at Herrod Tech.
Jordyn Wrape graduated from Tarrant County College with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Information Technology: Cybersecurity.
