Germain is the managing director of The Aentib Group and chair of Scinai Immunotherapeutics Ltd. Since 2017, Germain has served as chairman of the board of HerronTech. Germain is an advisor to Lunit Inc. and a board member of Lunit USA. Germain has co-founded numerous biotech and tech companies, including ChromaDex (co-founder and board member 2000–2015; co-chairman 2000–2010) and has served on the Pluristem Therapeutics board (2007–2022; co-chairman 2007–2009). Germain earned a JD from New York University School of Law in 1972.
