herronpalmer began with a vision to be a different kind of sourcing advisory firm. Tony Herron and Felicia Palmer envisioned a firm that would secure excellent results for clients at a competitive fee, while respecting the effort and challenges that service providers face in striving for quality delivery.

Today, herronpalmer serves as trusted advisor to sponsors of HR & employee benefit programs. We consult with employers in the selection, implementation, and management of relationships with service providers in the HR and employee benefit market.

We are differentiated by the relevant experience that our practitioners have in the employee benefits market, and the time-tested nature of our project methodology. And our advice is informed by real-world data and experience. We collect and analyze data on virtually every aspect of the benefits administration business — creating insight that informs our client work to drive successful outcomes.

herronpalmer does not believe in cookie cutter solutions. Through open and honest collaboration with clients, providers and other colleagues, we discover what is unique in each situation. Then we offer thoughtful, creative guidance that respects those unique needs.
