Jacob Rowe

Jacob Rowe is a skilled Research and Development Technologist at Herr Foods Inc. since March 2022, focusing on shelf life testing, conducting sensory studies, and managing sodium reduction strategies. Previous experience includes roles at Tastepoint by IFF as a Process Engineer and Associate Food Technologist, where Jacob collaborated on product scaling and continuous improvements. At KREIDER FARMS, significant contributions were made to product development and quality assurance, including developing new yogurt products and conducting sensory analysis. Additional internships at Turkey Hill Dairy and Ottens Flavors provided early exposure to quality assurance and production processes. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from Penn State University, completed in 2016.
