Cassie Puff

Cassie Puff's work experience includes serving as a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Herself Health since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon as a Program Manager II- Clinician Licensing from July 2019 to March 2023. Cassie also worked at American Well as an Operations Manager (ARNP division) from December 2018 to July 2019. Before this, they had various roles at American Well (formerly Avizia and Carena) including Licensing & Credentialing Manager from August 2017 to December 2018, Virtual Clinic Operations Coordinator from June 2015 to August 2017, and Patient Service Representative Supervisor from January 2013 to June 2015.

Cassie Puff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at City University of Seattle, which they completed in 2022.
