No woman fits into a box. We create space for every beautiful being.

HERSPACE is a place of empowerment, connection, and balance – where women find support, authenticity, and the freedom to simply be themselves.

OUR VISION
More space for women in this world.
We are convinced that we need more space for the women of this world – a non-judgemental space for self-confidence and self-realisation, empowerment, growth, development, support and community: HERSPACE.

HERSPACE is a love letter to all women who give so much every day.
A permission to let go of all expectations, pressure and performance thoughts. A place to take care of yourself, to recharge, to connect and to empower yourself. Where you can grow in a safe and supportive environment.

By women for women
Why does a place like HERSPACE exist? Because there is no other place in Munich that truly understands what women accomplish every day. Managing emotions, energy levels, and responsibilities in a world that constantly demands top performance is exhausting.

No one acknowledges that our hormones influence our energy, causing fluctuations that we are expected to suppress to fit into a system that disregards them. No one understands when you say, „I just can’t right now,“ or when you feel an overwhelming burst of energy with no space to channel it—except us at HERSPACE. We see you as a woman, with your unique challenges, and we are here to support you. We strive to create a space where you can embrace your full self, connect with others, and grow stronger together.

Let’s create more space for women in the world.
