Christa Ramey is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with over a decade of experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Hertz since July 2012, Ramey has played a pivotal role in assessing recruitment needs and ensuring compliance with government regulations while supervising staff. Previous positions at Hertz include Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner and Corporate Recruiter, where notable achievements included receiving the "Rockstar" award for outstanding performance in recruitment. With comprehensive experience in high-volume recruiting, program restructuring, and promoting diversity, Ramey's expertise is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and a strong foundation in business administration from Northern Oklahoma College.
