Derek X. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Lead at Hertz since May 2024, Derek previously held the role of Software Engineering Manager at Qualia, where leadership of a team of 5 to 8 engineers facilitated successful delivery on product and technical roadmaps. Derek's background includes significant achievements at Livongo, where project planning and cross-functional project management were key responsibilities, as well as roles at companies including DRS Technologies, Flixster, and Shutterfly, where web development and integration tasks were performed.
