Frances Kyle

Frances Kyle is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and probate law. Beginning career as a Trainee Solicitor at Irwin Mitchell, Frances progressed to roles at various prestigious firms, including BrookStreet des Roches LLP as a Solicitor and Blandy & Blandy Solicitors as Head of Contentious Probate, specializing in disputed trusts and probate matters. Frances served as Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor at Herrington Carmichael LLP and Associate Solicitor at The Head Partnership Solicitors LLP, focusing on civil and commercial litigation. Currently, Frances is employed at Hertz, initially as Legal Counsel and now as Senior Legal Counsel.
