Karim Arafa

Karim Arafa is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as Deputy Operations Manager and Cairo Area Manager at Hertz since February 2021. Prior to this role, Karim held the position of Operations Manager at Sawa Egypt from December 2018 to February 2021 and served as Admin & Fleet Supervisor at EPM for a brief period in 2018. Earlier experience includes working as Station Supervisor at Europcar for nearly four years, Front Office Agent at Radisson, and serving as an Army soldier in the Egyptian Armed Forces. Karim earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Cairo University between 2007 and 2011.
