Matthew Glover

Matthew Glover is currently the Vice President of Global Corporate FP&A at Hertz, a position they have held since 2024. They previously worked at Spirit Airlines from 2018 to 2021, where they progressed through various roles, including Director and Senior Manager of FP&A. Earlier, Matthew served as a Process Engineer at OxThera from 2005 to 2009 and as a Bioprocess Engineering Consultant at Captozyme from 2011 to 2012. They hold an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship, as well as a Master's in Chemical Engineering, both from the University of Florida, where they also earned a B.S. in Chemistry.
