At HerWay, we’re redefining the recruiting journey for female athletes. Founded by current NCAA, we’ve experienced firsthand the challenges, confusion, and high costs that come with the recruiting process.

Our mission is simple: empowering young female athletes to take control of their college recruiting journey by providing guidance, mentorship, and confidence from female college athletes who've been in their shoes; helping them find their path and their voice, their way.

Through 1-on-1 mentorship sessions and a comprehensive recruiting course packet, we give female athletes the tools and strategies they need to connect with coaches, showcase their skills, and make informed decisions about their future.

This isn’t just about recruiting — it’s about building confidence, opening doors, and supporting the next generation of women in sports.
