Nathan Smith

Nathan Smith has a diverse background in environmental education and planning, with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Nathan served as a Naturalist Intern with the Louisa County Conservation Board and held multiple positions within the Boy Scouts of America - Mississippi Valley Council, including Camp Director and Program Director. Additional experience includes a Planning and Development Internship with the City of Moline and roles as a Student Lab Assistant and Research Assistant in Agronomy at Iowa State University. Nathan's technical skills were further developed through a position as a GIS Technician at Herzog. An academic foundation was established with an Associate of Arts degree from Southeastern Community College, followed by a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University.
