Troy Elbert

Troy Elbert currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Quality Assurance and Rail Flaw Detection at Herzog since June 2022. Prior to this role, Troy spent over twenty-five years at Herzog Services, Inc., progressing from an Electronic Engineering Technician to Senior Vice President of Innovation, with responsibilities ranging from technical support for ultrasonic inspection vehicles to leadership positions including Project Manager and Assistant Vice President. Earlier in the career, Troy worked as an Electronic Engineering Technician at Sunshine Electronic Display. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University, completed in 1997.
