旭 (Sirius) 李

旭李 has worked at Hesai Technology since 2020 as the Manager of Standardization. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Manager of NEV/ICV regulation and competitor analysis at BMW China from 2018 to 2020. Before that, they worked at Daimler Greater China from 2014 to 2018 as the NEV Regulation Senior Engineer, where they were responsible for the Market Access of NEV passenger car of Mercedes Benz Car as well as the national subsidy, local filing, traction battery homologation test. 旭 (Sirius) was also responsible for NEV component (Battery, E-motor, etc. ) regulation & government policy and follow up the drafting and modifying process of China NEV regulations.

Sirius Li attended Tsinghua University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and a dual degree in Economy.
