Jon Willan

Jon Willan is an experienced Team Manager currently serving as the Installation Manager at HESIS, where they oversee small works projects and installations. With a solid background in the construction industry, Jon has demonstrated expertise in sales, management, and various security systems, including intruder and fire alarms. Previously, Jon held roles at several companies, including Customer Experience Team Manager at Johnson Controls and Customer Satisfaction Manager at Tyco. They also have hands-on experience as a Warehouse Operator at Matalan and a Dispatcher at ADT. Jon holds a Sports Therapy qualification focused in Sports Studies from Skelmersdale College.
