David Paz

David Paz has over 13 years of experience in the industry, with a background in property valuation and project management. Currently serving as the Development Manager at Hesperia, David manages and delivers commercial and industrial projects, focusing on complex planning processes and civil works delivery. David has previously held positions at companies such as Halcyon Property and Linc Property. David is also a member of the Outlook Committee at the Urban Development Institute of Australia's WA Division. David holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, and a Diploma of Building and Construction from Central Institute of Technology.
