Aaron Ambuske

Aaron Ambuske is the founder and CEO of HEST, a company that produces premium sleep products for camping. Aaron launched HEST in 2019, aiming to bring the comforts of home to outdoor enthusiasts. Prior to HEST, Ambuske worked at IDeology Design Firm as a Strategic Advisor and in Strategy and Business Development. Aaron also held various roles at K2 Sports, including Senior Vice President of Global Product Development, Vice President of Global Product Development, Global Product Director of Ski Products, and Ski Design Engineer. During their time at K2 Sports, Ambuske led teams in designing and launching new products, improving profitability, and integrating acquired products. Before K2 Sports, they worked at Croakies as a Product & Process Development Specialist, where they developed new products and machinery for eyewear retainers and ski poles.

Aaron Ambuske attended Middlebury College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics and German. Aaron later pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business. No specific start or end years were provided for either educational experience.
