Amy L. is an experienced professional in experience design and digital transformation, currently serving as the Experience Design Manager at HESTA since September 2021. In this role, Amy collaborates with teams to address complex challenges using methodologies such as human-centered design and design thinking to enhance member and employer experiences. Previously, Amy was the Victoria Lead at DXC Technology, where leadership contributed to the Digital Transformation Centre's reputation for delivering industry-leading digital solutions. Amy's extensive background includes positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and IBM Australia, where responsibilities ranged from managing rapid prototyping capabilities for large clients to leading teams for successful account management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems from Monash University and has built a diverse skill set in innovation, project management, and client relationship management throughout a varied career.
