James McLean is an experienced investment professional with a background in private capital, having served as an Investment Manager at HESTA since June 2017. Previously, James held positions as a Senior Investment Analyst in Unlisted Assets at HESTA and as an Investment Analyst at The Myer Family Investments. Additional experience includes consulting roles in FinTech and private equity, as well as a sabbatical during which James traveled and volunteered extensively across the Americas and Europe. James holds a Bachelor of Business in Professional Accountancy and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from RMIT University, along with RG146 accreditation from the Stockbrokers Association of Australia.
