Jon Standen

Jon Standen currently serves as the General Manager of Member Engagement for HESTA since January 2021, focusing on the Victoria and Tasmania regions. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at VicSuper from November 2008 to January 2021, culminating as Executive Manager of Distribution, where responsibilities included leading a team of 140, managing business continuity during the pandemic, and providing data analytics to the Executive and Board. Additional experience includes serving as Regional Manager and Manager of the Traralgon Advice Centre, overseeing strategic planning, team development, budget management, and external relationship management. Jon holds a Master of Business Administration and a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University.
