Karen Crew

Karen Crew serves as the General Manager of People & Culture Partnering and Enablement at HESTA since March 2020, previously holding the position of Manager - HR Business Partnering at the Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) from September 2019 to February 2020. At VFMC, Karen led cultural change projects including the inaugural Diversity & Inclusion program. Prior roles include Senior HR Manager at The Dow Chemical Company, where key responsibilities included supporting commercial functions across the Asia Pacific region, and HR Business Partner at GE Capital, with notable achievements in establishing a joint venture and developing the “Pathways” leadership program. Karen holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University, alongside various qualifications in business administration and learning and development.
