Sarah Hill

Sarah Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in gender equity and responsible investment. Currently serving as a Senior Responsible Investment Associate at HESTA since February 2022, Sarah previously held the role of Gender Equity Project Lead at Alfred Health while also chairing the Victorian Health Gender Equity Network. Prior to this, Sarah's work at YWCA Australia included positions as Young Women's Engagement Manager and Project Coordinator. Additional experience encompasses the role of Education Manager at YEAH (Youth Empowerment Against HIV/AIDS) and Engagement Coordinator for the AIDS 2014 Conference at the International AIDS Society. Sarah began her career with the Association of Women for Action and Research as a Research and Advocacy Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Business from QUT through a UN Women Scholarship, a Master’s Degree in International Relations, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with a major in Political Science, all from the University of Melbourne.
