Stephen Reilly

Stephen Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephen most recently worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HESTA, where they were responsible for implementing the strategic vision for the operating model and supporting the CEO in the development and execution of the strategic plan. Before HESTA, Stephen worked as a Principal at Booz & Company, where they used their expertise in financial services and online/mobile strategy to help large organizations become more competitive and customer-oriented. Prior to that, they held various strategic roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, including Acting Head of Online Strategy, Executive Manager of Group Strategy, and Executive Manager of Retail Bank Strategy. Stephen also has experience as a novelist, movie producer, and book reviewer during their time of self-employment. Stephen began their career in management consulting at PwC.

Stephen Reilly obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing & Finance from UNSW between 1991 and 1993. Stephen also received certification as a Section4 Certified Strategist from Section4 in 2021.
